Refund Policy

furiousdesigns does not provide any Service without your prior approval, acknowledgement, or acceptance of this Refund Policy (hereafter, the “Policy”) and furiousdesigns Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”). You may access the Terms here. By entering into an arrangement, contract, or agreement with furiousdesigns for the provision of any Service, you give us your formal, exclusive, and non-revocable acknowledgement, consent, approval and acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms and the Policy.

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms. For the purpose of this Policy, “partial refund” means a 50% refund of the amount received by furiousdesigns.

Due to the wide range of Services provided by furiousdesigns, it is not possible for us to provide a generic refund policy that is applicable to all kinds of Services. For this very reason, we have worked hard to provide this Service-specific Policy, in which our refund policies related to each Service are individually listed for your ease of reference.

At furiousdesigns, every project is extremely crucial to us, and we strive to ensure that we handle each client with utmost care and professionalism. We aim to provide the best results as per the terms and conditions outlined in the Engagement Contract. However, despite every measure, if you remain unsatisfied with the results, you may opt for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

In general, once work on an Engagement Contract has commenced, a full refund will not be possible and a partial refund may or may not be available, so please check out the service-specific refund policies below:

Following policies are applicable for all services mentioned above:

A full refund may be claimed within:

  • • 24 hours after you made the payment; or
  • • 72 hours from receiving your Brief Form or Questionnaire document, duly filled in by you or by the furiousdesigns sales team, as the case may be, where an account manager/project manager has not yet been assigned to your Engagement Contract.

A partial refund may be claimed where:

  • • The first delivery made failed to cover any guidelines mentioned in your Brief Form or Engagement Contract.
  • • Your account manager/project manager goes unresponsive for 14 calendar days without notifying or informing you: or
  • • Order cancellation request is made within 24 hours from your order being assigned to an account manager/project manager.

No refund shall be provided in the event:

  • • A partial payment was made.
  • • You fail to respond or reply to furiousdesigns for 14 calendar days: or
  • • You do not fill in and share the Brief Form within 7 days of making payment.

Following policies are applicable for all Digital Marketing services mentioned above:

A full refund may be claimed within:

  • • 24 hours after you made the payment; or
  • • 72 hours from receiving your Brief Form or Questionnaire Document, duly filled in by you or by furiousdesigns sales team, as the case may be, where an account manager/project manager has not yet been assigned to your Engagement Contract.

A partial refund may be claimed where:

  • • The first delivery made failed to cover any guidelines mentioned in your Brief Form or Engagement Contract.
  • • Your account manager/project manager goes unresponsive for 14 calendar days without notifying or informing you: or
  • • Order cancellation request is made within 24 hours from your order being assigned to an account manager/project manager.

No refund shall be provided in the event:

  • • A partial payment was made.
  • • You fail to respond or reply to furiousdesigns for 14 calendar days: or
  • • You do not fill in and share the Brief Form within 7 days of making payment.
  • • Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • • Email Marketing

Above mentioned Digital Marketing services are not eligible for refund, in full or in part.

General Terms and Conditions

furiousdesigns’s refund commitment is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • • No refund is applicable if the required information for the successful provision of the Services is not given to furiousdesigns within 7 calendar days from payment. If there is a delay or a failure in the provision of the Services due to improper communication from you, including without limitation, your omission to fill in and share the Brief Form with furiousdesigns within 7 days, the same shall not be attributed to furiousdesigns and furiousdesigns warrants no refund or Service in such a situation. You acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to fill in the required information in the Brief Form within the provided timeframes.
  • • There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions, until and unless there is an express written agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
  • • No refund is applicable in case you request any changes, alterations or termination in your Engagement Contract or Brief Forms. In such an event, the acceptance of your request for changes, alterations or termination shall be dealt with on an individual basis and at furiousdesigns’s sole and absolute discretion.
  • • You acknowledge that no request for a refund shall be entertained where you fail to respond to furiousdesigns at any point in time for a total period of 14 calendar days after making a payment to furiousdesigns in respect of Services. It shall solely be the Purchaser’s responsibility to timely respond to furiousdesigns In the event there is no response or communication from your end, the Engagement Contract shall be put on hold until your response. You shall clear any and all pending invoices that are overdue in such cases prior to bringing the Engagement Contract to live again.
  • • In the event Services are being charged at an hourly rate, you may be eligible for a refund for all unutilised hours at furiousdesigns’s absolute discretion, subject to the terms of the Engagement Contract. If you wish to apply for a refund for unutilised hours, please contact us at info@furiousdesigns.co.uk
  • • In case of termination of the engagement contract, furiousdesigns has a right to deduct any transaction charges incurred. The charges will be deducted from the contract/deal amount. The remaining amount will be refunded after deductions.
How to Apply for a Refund

Processing of Refunds

Partial Refunds will be processed and mailed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation and will be brought about using either through the merchant or through a cross-cheque.

Full Refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation and will be brought about using either through the merchant or through a cross-cheque.

Amendments

furiousdesigns may, at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this Policy from time to time. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of furiousdesigns’s website or services after any such amendments shall be construed as your acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
